Apocrify provides:
- guided daily audio episodes on the books of the Ethiopian Bible,
- bedtime scripture stories and a course,
- the text of the 88 books with narration, reading plans and related features,
- digital products and physical books shipped to the customer's address, where offered.
All content is provided for devotional, educational and informational purposes.
2. Intellectual property
All texts, scripts, audio, graphics, layouts and images available in the Service are the property of MDS MEDIA LIMITED or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Scripture passages are read from public-domain translations. You may not reproduce, record, distribute or share the content without written permission.
3. No professional advice
The content of the Service does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice, and it is not the official teaching of any church. Where churches and scholars differ, we say so. Users are responsible for evaluating the content for their personal use.
4. Narration
Episodes are written by our editors and narrated with a synthetic (text-to-speech) voice.
5. Digital delivery
The Service works in a web browser and is delivered electronically. We are not responsible for:
- technical issues on the user's device,
- outdated browsers or software,
- email or spam-filter problems that delay password emails,
- interrupted internet connections.

6. Physical books and shipping
For physical books:
- items are printed and/or fulfilled through certified printing and distribution partners,
- shipping times vary depending on destination, production schedules and carrier availability,
- customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost, we will assist in resolving the issue with our fulfillment partners.
7. Memberships and trials
Some access is offered through an annual membership or a free trial that converts into a paid plan. By starting one, you acknowledge that:
- the trial requires a card and is charged at the end unless you cancel,
- annual memberships renew automatically until cancelled,
- you may cancel at any time from the "Me" page or by contacting support.
Access ends when the period you paid for expires after cancellation.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. MDS MEDIA LIMITED is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of external sites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDS MEDIA LIMITED is not responsible for:
- indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
- loss of data,
- issues arising from misuse of our digital or physical products,
- shipping delays outside our control.
